Is registration free?

Yes. Profile creation has a fee (deducted from Wallet) as shown on the Pricing page

Forgot password — what to do?

On the Login page click "Forgot password", enter your email and we'll send a reset link

How do I create a profile?

After logging in go to Dashboard and click "Create New Profile". Choose Profile Builder or ask admin for a Custom profile (see Pricing)

Can I use it as link in Instagram / TikTok?

Yes. Put your profile link (e.g. www.assg.me/username) in the Link in Bio or on your site

When does the profile expire?

Profiles are valid 1 month from creation or renewal. You can renew from Dashboard at the same price

How do I top up?

Go to Dashboard → Wallet, request top-up, enter amount and upload transfer slip (or follow the steps). Admin will approve and add to Wallet

What can the Wallet balance be used for?

Only for profile creation (Builder or Custom) and renewal. No cash withdrawal
